Enjoy some special one to one time for you and your mum! A lovely afternoon of tea leaf reading, angel cards and taster foot whispering, with a photo to remember the special occasion.

A beautiful reflexology session, with mum and baby to relax and be in their own post womb bubble. Baby enjoys 30 mins relaxing baby reflexology from Angela. Afterwards, mum huddles baby as she gets some relaxing and balancing post labour reflexology, while baby sleeps in her arms enjoying the mumiance experience.

A holistic and complementary approach to help couples with pre conception and fertility, which involves working together, setting out a treatment plan that is personally suited to their life style and well being with foot whispering as well as other complementary mediums, which will help bring balance and support in the aim of conception. On going support and treatments will also be carried forward should conception be a success.

Deeply relaxing and mindful therapy session to bring balance and flow back into the body. Allow yourself, some much needed time out from the busy world outside or what is affecting your health and well being. Relax and experience 3 holistic and complementary therapies flowing into one energy bubble of love, light and zen that starts off with the chosen Nature’s whispers cards to start the mindful meditation. Various Zen sessions to choose from: Aroma Zen, Menopause Zen, Hot Stone Zen, Pregnancy Zen.

Includes use of Angel cards. Walk forward in life with the heart and feet in unison. Angela has the ability to pick up mediumship while working on your feet. You need to email angela@angelaholistics. com clear pictures of your feet front and back at least a few days before appointment, a zoom link will be sent to you.

Detoxology/ Full body detox £45 for 45 mins

A fast, effective and uplifting detoxing treatment to help support over indulgence, (post holiday, Christmas, etc), weight loss, muscular tension fatigue and low mood. A combination of reflexology that focuses on detoxing and balance of the body, combined with the use of the Bio Energising Foot spa and further detox foot pads as an option.
Can be combined with a full body detoxing Swedish massage for further detoxing and balancing of the body, using Neal’s Yard detox toning oils.

Indian Head massage £35 for 45 mins
Holistic massage of the head, neck, face and shoulders.
Involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The massage therapist places the hot stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.
